You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of labeling biomedical 3D and 2D image data that serves as ground truths for training neural networks. Own the data annotation pipeline, ensuring quality of data annotation for the entire team.
Implement and improve quality assurance processes for increasingly complex data labeling, driving the optimization of annotation processes.
Manage the team through development, pilot and implementation stages, and review processes.
Diversified and scientifically sophisticated projects based on specialized image annotation tools.

Master or PhD degree in neuroscience or related discipline.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload.
Reliable and accurate working attitude with an eye for the details.
Good spatial imagination.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
Fluent in English language, German would be a plus.
Experience with electron microscopy images and image analysis would be a plus.
