Are you a creative mind with a strong background in machine-learning? ariadne.ai ag is looking for a full-time machine-learning engineer for the development of deep-learning based image segmentation workflows. You will work in close interaction with our developers and data scientists on projects from world-leading research institutes in order to develop novel automated image processing workflows for their biomedical image data. You will mainly work in Python to develop and improve workflows that produce tangible results for our clients. You will be backed by ariadne.ai’s powerful IT infrastructure and our experienced scientists and developers.

Requirements
Strong background in machine learning
M.Sc. degree in computer science and 2-3 years of experience in a related position or PhD.
Strong coding skills, especially in Python.
Good knowledge of scikit-learn, pytorch, numpy, scipy …
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload.
Reliable and accurate working attitude with an eye for the details.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
Experience with biological image data is a plus.
Fluent in English language, German would be a plus.
