The marine ragworm Platynereis dumerilii is a key model organism for the study of development and evolution. In this landmark study, the authors built a cellular atlas that integrates gene expression and ultrastructure at electron microscopy level of the entire body of the worm. Our annotation and segmentation software and services have been used for detailed morphological analysis.
