The free account includes credits each year for hosting data and running the full workflow.
Job prices are calculated on your data.
Jobs are priced on the GPU, CPU and storage they take, which follows from image size and, for measurements, from the number of cells and markers. The price is calculated before the job starts and does not change with how long it actually runs.
Paid at the start, refunded if we fail.
Credits are taken when a job starts and returned if the job fails on our side. Every job costs at least one credit.

Jobs are priced on the compute they take: GPU, CPU and storage. That follows from the size of the image and the number of markers in it. The four datasets below are examples at four sizes, and your own images are priced on their own dimensions.

What is the Institutional license?
Everything in Lab for a facility, institute, pharma team or CRO: you choose how many credits you need, you get a workspace per client, a named support contact and on-site training, and you can assign or resell credits to the labs you serve. Both add-ons can be switched on, so the work can run commercially and on your own infrastructure.
What if I segment several markers separately?
Each segmentation run is priced on its own, so four markers segmented separately cost four runs. Measurements and analyses are priced by the number of cells, not by the number of segmentations.
What does the business add-on include?
Audit logs, single sign-on, a service level agreement, next business day support by email and phone, and optional validation and custom workflows. It costs $7,000€6,400 a year on top of the Lab plan or the Institutional license.
Can we run SPATIAL 2 on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Switch on private deployment in the Institutional license to see what it covers: your own cloud tenancy or your own hardware, installation and monitoring by our team, a security and compliance review, a dedicated scientific contact and multi-site setups. Every deployment is different, so we quote it individually.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes, at any time. The price per 1,000 credits depends on your plan. Rates are announced at launch.
What happens when the credits are used up?
Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working: you can still view, share and organise your data. Buy further credits to run new jobs.
